This custom 30' × 35' × 12' metal building features a 4:12 roof pitch and a spacious 10' × 35' lean-to with 10'4" beams and a 2:12 pitch, providing additional covered space along the exterior. The building pairs Charcoal wall and roof panels with crisp White trim and White windows for a clean, contrasting finish. Spray foam insulation adds greater comfort and energy efficiency inside, while a 12' × 12' insulated sectional door and an 8' × 8' barrel roll-up door provide versatile access. Two chain hoists were also included for convenient operation of the overhead doors.
