Leonard, TX
This custom 37' × 51' residential building was designed as a comfortable retreat and entertainment space, combining the feel of a home with the functionality of a man cave. Featuring an 8/12 roof pitch with 2-foot overhangs and enclosed soffits, the exterior pairs light gray wall panels with a matte black roof and trim for a clean, modern look. A 10' × 37' covered front porch and side entry overhang provide inviting outdoor space and added convenience. Built on a 5-inch concrete foundation and insulated with 1-inch closed-cell spray foam, the structure offers lasting durability and year-round comfort. Seven large windows fill the interior with natural light, and the rear wall is framed for a future 10' × 10' overhead garage door. Custom concrete steps and a foundation bump-out for a future exterior brick fireplace complete the design.
