This custom 40' × 60' guest house and garage was designed to combine comfortable living space with practical storage. Featuring a 14-foot eave height and a 4/12 roof pitch, the exterior pairs Sahara Tan wall panels with a Light Stone roof, Koko Brown trim, and a Hawaiian Blue ceiling beneath the lean-to for a distinctive finishing touch. Spray foam insulation provides year-round energy efficiency and comfort, while a 12' × 12' insulated overhead door offers convenient access to the garage.
