Featuring a 12-foot eave height and a single-slope roof with a 2/12 pitch, the exterior pairs striking Copper Penny wall panels with a black roof and trim for a bold, contemporary look. Two black-framed glass entry doors from 121 West Doors and seven black-framed windows provide an inviting entrance and abundant natural light. Spray foam insulation ensures year-round energy efficiency and comfort, creating a durable, stylish home built for everyday living.
