This custom 50' × 80' indoor basketball and fitness loft was designed as a versatile, year-round recreational space. The modern exterior features charcoal gray wall panels with a black roof and trim, complemented by five black-framed windows and a walk-through entry door for natural light and easy access. Spray foam insulation, installed after electrical work by Redwire Electric, provides year-round energy efficiency and climate control. An insulated 12' × 14' black sectional overhead door completes the building, offering convenient access while enhancing its contemporary design.
